negative number? conversion? sounds complicated huh? ;-)
don't worry. i'll make it easy to you guys.just do this steps.

STEP 1:     Find the binary number for the decimal number given

                  eg:    9  =  1001

STEP 2:     Change

                  eg:     1001  =  0110

STEP 3:     Add one (1)

        

                  eg:          0110

                           +  ____1

                                 0111

final answer:  0111
